Construction supervision service includes:

• construction supervision over all branches according to building regulations and Polish Standards;
• representation of investor’s interest during the construction realization: verification of compliance with the contract, project, building permit, building regulations, Polish Standards and technical knowledge;
• verification of the quality of works and incorporated materials, preventing from using defective and not admitted to trading materials;
• coordination of all health and safety aspects of construction project;
• verification and acceptance of covered and disappearing works; participation in tests and technical acceptance of investment, technical installations, chimney flues; preparation and participation in final acceptance and commissioning of completed buildings;
• control of performed works and defects removal; on investor’s request – settlement control.
